Unknown stays unknown.
Liwa never guesses. Every policy we show is sourced and tiered by how well we can verify it. If we can't confirm something — a gate time, a bag policy, a shuttle schedule — we don't show a placeholder or a best guess. We show nothing, until it's known. That filtering happens before the data ever reaches the app, so an unverified fact structurally can't make it to your screen.
